A serviced office space is located within an office building or business centre. The building and offices are managed and maintained by the service provider, in this case Strathmore, and rented by individual companies who benefit from an inclusive monthly rental.

As standard our minimum lease length is 6 months.

As standard our notice period is 3 months should you wish to cancel your service.

Yes, your key fob will allow access to your office at all times. Our team will be available Monday to Friday, 08.30 – 17.00.

Yes, we have meeting rooms available in each of our centres. As a serviced office tenant, you can book a room at any of our locations at a discounted rate.

We have a small car park to the back of our York Place building. We can advise on the availability of spaces.

Office furniture (including desks, chairs and storage), WIFI and broadband, telephone lines and handsets (if required), kitchen facilities, cleaning and maintenance, utilities, and the support of our onsite team.

Standard bandwidth supply is around 20mbps and this would be included within the monthly rental. There is the option to have dedicated bandwidth at an additional cost.

Additional costs may include meeting room hire, outgoing postage, outgoing call charges, a small water rates contribution and, if applicable, business rates.
